  1. You can have s*x any time while pregnant unless your doctor says not to. You should avoid raw meats, seafood, anything that may contain bacteria, honey, there's many things to watch out for. You need to take your prenatal vitamins and folic acid. Talk to your doctor for more information, and I suggest this book to ALL pregnant women.

  2. Unless you have a history of miscarriage, you are free to have s*x at any stage in your pregnancy, although you might not want to! God knows i have zero s*x drive this time...

    As for your diet, avoid all the danger foods (link to a list below), eat a sensible, varied diet and you shouldn't need anything else. Except folic acid in the first 12 weeks that is.

    Towards the end, raspberry leaf tea or tablets are supposed to tone your uterus and make the second stage of labour faster. I've also read that there is a lower percentage of assisted deliveries in women who have drank the tea or taken the tablets regularly in the few weeks prior to the birth.
