    Something as simple as taking a couple of deep breaths can work wonders. So, the next time you feel stressed, take a few slow, deep breaths. And, if you can, add a full body stretch. Stretching and yawning are also relaxing.

  8. Way to go away from tensions? Well buddy, I ll just suggest you an easy trick that I follow! Whenever I feel ultimately glum and worried, I try looking at the brighter side of the story! And one thought that really helps me is - "Ishwar Yat Karoti Shobhnam Karoti" (Its in Sanskrit, which means Whatever happens, happens for Good). And then, I try finding out something good out of that troublesome siuation. And my friend, nine out of ten times, I am able to look for something positive from it!! You can try the same!!! Have conviction in Almighty, he sometimes, puts us through testing times and rewards us big time if we face it with courage and patience!!! Good Luck!!!

  9. try this practically, when you are tensed you tend to get irrtated very easily.. dont do it, and try to think,....that you have to end it soon and you will have a break soon... or plan a break ... this will motivate...you
