  1. The Andean Condor of the Andes mountains.

  2. The Argentavis

  3. A preliminary definition of terms is required.

First, Owls are not generally considered to be Birds of Prey.  However, it is true the mention by one of the users that the largest Owl is the nominate race Bubo blakistoni blakistoni (Blakiston's Eagle-Owl).

Second, a Condor is not generally considered to be a Bird of Prey.  Their taxonomic relationships are to this day not completely delucidated though it is thought they may be associated to such groups as Cormorants and Anhinga.  The Condors are put in their own group - Cathartidae - New World Vultures.

The true Birds of Prey are all within the Accipitridae.

So, to respond to your question, I will cite myself (from a BirdForum posting).

"You have to pick the parameters. I am going to pick total body weight. In this case, the Big Three are ex equo the Steller's and the Harpy, both weighing up to 9 kg. for the adult female (but between these two the Harpy wins out on total body length - 105 cm. as opposed to 94 cm.), the third runner-up is the Philippine Eagle weighing in at up to 8 kg.

BTW, the largest Accipitridae in absolute is not an Eagle. Cinereous Vulture (Aegypius monachus) weighs in for the adult female to 12.5 kg."

EDIT:  The above mentioned Argentavis would have been collocated within the Cathartidae (a sort of Condor) and therefore not a true Bird of Prey

The largest (and historical to boot since known by the Maori) Bird of Prey, for which there is evidence is an Eagle which lived in New Zealand and preyed on various species of Moa (large herbivorous flightless birds).  The female of this Eagle was estimated to reach a weight of 15 kg., and to have a wingspan of 3 m.  It is known as Haast's Eagle (Harpagornis moorei).

  4. The Andean Condor was named for the Andes Mountains where it resides, and is the largest bird of prey!!!.

  5. I think its a blakiston fish owl
