  1. The ones that abide by the rules of spelling.

    Or abolish spelling rules completely.

But since when did science care about schpeelang. But yes, go with whichever country has the most scientists, or patents, oh, but you asked for civilization, well, Europe of course, its where the Ferrarii are made.

  2. When the Greek historian Herodotus visited Egypt, ca.500 BCE, he reported that the Egyptians, "were among the happiest, healthiest and most religious people he had ever seen anywhere."

  3. I couldn't say. But!

I will say it is not the " Western Civilization". The western civilization is the most violent in all of the history (recorded and unrecorded) of mankind. That is not an advancement. I don't care about the technology we have, this war mongering civility we have is a number of crooked steps backwards. We are not as advanced as the technocrats would want us to think.

  4. 1)  Define "advanced."

    2)  Define "civilization."

I'm reminded of Ghandi - when he was asked what he thought of Western civilization, he replied:

"I think it would be a good idea."  :)

  5. Ants (primarily the sugar ant) they know where to find things to support there queen , they hoard together to protect themselves from enemies , and will all try to meet with the queen to mate to form another queen  to create a nother colony and then to get another to replace the current queen when she dies

they create different rooms in the colony for different purposes(like we have factories and farms) and keep them efficiently clean.

    bees are a close second

  6. Whales. no,not WALES the country,the animal!

  7. The most technologically advanced "civilization" is the current one.  Since much of the world is heavily integrated and economically dependent I don't think the term "Western" civilization is as true as it used to be with Japan, China, and India providing increasingly large numbers of technologically educated labor and scientific advances.

If by "civilization" you mean countries or cultures then there are several indexes that can be used as a measure depending on what your idea of "advanced" is.

You can google up literacy indexes of countries for education.  You can also google up which countries lead the world in terms of math or science knowledge.

If you want to look in terms of money you can examine the GDP or GNP of countries, the amount of debt a country has, or even look at the percentage of its citizens involved in production or services.

In terms of socially advanced you might want to look at the benefits a country provides their citizens such as healthcare coverage, retirement benefits, maximum working hours, and minimum wages.  You can look up which countries have the highest or lowest percentage of unemployment.

The truth is out there.  Happy hunting.

  8. The human civilisation, but which specific civilisation? Its probably the Western society since they produced most of the modernisation.

  9. well, typically whichever the one that the answerer belongs to =D

the romans and aztecs are the first that come to my mind.
