Someone pass the hemlock, please,

Plato sounds like Socrates.

Who hates Latin-- who hates Greek,

And's sick of everything antique?

`De Bellis' were Caesar's pride--

Three cheers, Roman regicide!

Zeus struck long-winded Homer's eyes

For his boring tawdry lies:

While true that `Helen' smiled on Troy,

Truly, Hellen was a boy.

The Parthenon's exploded shell

Would have housed the Elgin marbles well.

I hate Latin, I hate Greek;

I hate everything antique!

  4. Ha!  That's awesome - this definitely (to a degree) shows your experience with, not only the culture, but the mythology;)
