Well boogers are made up of mucous, bacteria and allergens and ear wax is made up of cholesterol (fats). So out out of hygienes i would have to say boogers is worse.

I think earwax is worse, because you don't clean your ears as much as you blow your nose, so the earwax is very old. Also, if it is cold outside, or you play sports, (I know this sounds gross) your nose runs alot, so your "boogers" are usually fresh, because they are constantly leaving your nose.
