  1. Detroit because of the murder

  2. LOL I just graduated from a college in a hick town and moved to Detroit for a job and sad to say I would rather live in Detroit. What you see on tv about Detroit is very distorted. Yes, there is crime and it's run-down but no one knows about the culture that's in Detroit. A lot of the natives of this city are Italian and Hispanic. Just like any big city you go to, mind your business and don't judge before you go. And I'm making a GREAT living here by the way, "hick towns" don't always have as many job opportunities as a big city would.

  3. I'd say Detroit, too.  I'm white, grew up in a "hick town" and the few black families that lived there were very well respected. One of my very best friends in 7th and 8th grade was a black girl whose family had moved FROM Detroit to get away from the crime and depressed economy. Her name was Myrtis.  :)

  4. An old hick town. There would likely be no opportunities there, not much to do, or many people to connect with.

  5. Detroit, no doubt about it. You're talking about the most dangerous city in the country that has lost so many jobs, and has continues to see its population shrink.

Some of the hick town folks probably would be racist, but you're probably more likely to get hit with a stray bullet than get hanged in a tree in this day and age.

  6. Detroit.

    More people.

  7. detoit. its ghetto and the air is really polluted

  8. Detroit

    more crime
