  1. computer screen fo sho

  2. With either activity, the important thing is to take frequent breaks and let your eyes refocus at distance objects.

An easy rule of thumb to remember is the 20/20 rule

20 seconds break every 20 minutes...just looking away from the screen or book to the far end of the room, or outside for that 20 seconds will keep your eyes well rested.

Keeping the monitor at least 30 inches from you is a big help also...

  3. I am not a doctor, but from personal experience, staring at my computer screen all day worsens my eyesight faster than reading books all day.

  4. neither is bad...in moderation..

if it is a daily habit...that is the problem
