Which is worse in these two situations?

One, the mother doesn't report her kid missing for a month and then tries to act innocent. Or two, the mother allows the kid to slowly die and does nothing because she doesn't want to have to take care of her anymore. Which is worse?

I would say the woman letting the child die slowly would be worse. but why would she kill/abandon the child in the first place. There are many ways to "dispose" of children if you can't take care of them. Orphanages for example.

They are both bad, but #2 is slightly worse. I think that the Kaylee Anthony story involves the kid being killed by accident or sold for drug money. Letting a disabled daughter thirst to death because you are tired of taking care of her is bad too.

Ouch that is a tough one.  They are equally disgraceful.  Not reporting your child missing for a month is code for covering up her death.  She is also providing sketchy details, which is a smoke screen to cover her guilt.  The one slowly starving her kid to death, she should be charged/convicted of murder and put on death row.

Both are bad because Casey killed her kid and thought she could cover it up. The woman who let the disabled kid die by withholding food and water is very bad too. Both are cold blooded and should be put away.

The second one is the worst I think but it really is a difficult question to answer.  Both are pretty ugly scenarios.

I think the second given situation..the first one is-because surely the kid died..with her mother just tyring to do nothing..and in fact in the 1st situation the mother doesnt report the incident happened which is that we are not sure if the kid died or what..the kid is fortunate if someone will help her regarding with this matter..

secondly-  in my opinion.. the mother is together with her kid. meanwhile doing nothing but not to mind the kid who is slowly dying..

lastly- In the second situation here we can really assure the death of the kid,while in the first given situation, we dont know what is presently happening with the kid!!

both are a little terrifying but id say the 2nd due to the death of the kid. i read a worse story the other day about a mother ODed her kid so that when she killed herself her ex-husband couldnt see him grow up. some things are just unthinkable.
