  1. I tend to leave it about an hour before running after eating.  However, if I do get hungry literally just before I want to go running I have a banana which is fine to eat just before exercise.  

    I also find that I will feel very dizzy and sometimes faint if I don't eat anything but if I eat too much I feel terrible anyway!!  No win situation!!


  2. eating too much! it's very uncomfortable, and harder to breathe x[ , plus when you're running hungry, it's just more motivation to run faster so you can get to some food ! haha

Not eating before hand, eating too much before hand, AND running.  As I was running again last night, I thought to myself, this sucks.  Cycling is a whole lot more enjoyable to me.  You travel farther, see more things, easier on the knees, and you can coast when you are tired.  The funny part is that I learned this before when I was 5 years old.  The sad part is that I don't have a bike.

  17. I think it just matters to you as a runner. I know people who can eat meals and run, and I also know people who can't eat at all. I have to eat a small amount typically half a fruit works.

  22. well, not eating at all will mean that you have no energy to run, and will tire quickly.

    But eating too much will mean you feel bloated and very uncomfortable while running,

    You should have a nice meal beforehand, but not too heavy a meal.
