Great for lunch or early dinner with salad and bread sticks.  Yummy.   PS  I've worked on making the zuppa toscana at home with some fairly good results.

zuppa toscani, but to be honest, im not sure why they dont have a great cream soup.

I never tried any of there soups. I only ate at Olive Garden a few times.

But I think they probably are good. Olive Garden is a very good restaurant.

Minestrone, it's made with a tomato base so it's perfect for us vegetarians.  Yum!
