I've always loved windows.

I used to have Lego Technic and loved using the cogs!

I also enjoyed using the fibre optics and pneumatic pieces!

.......and the motor.......... I can't name just one piece :)

I do miss Lego I just might go out an buy some.  I don't miss any particular piece but I did enjoy building the fire station, the police stations and some cars.

i used to love the swivelly bits that made the car wheels turn... :P kept losing them hehe....

the roof tiles! Especially the black ones. that way, i'd know i successfully built it according to specifications.
