Which island is better in Greece - Skopelos or Santorini?

I have looked at pictures on both islands and they both look really beautiful? Also what ways can you get there from athens and how long does it take?

I've been in Santorini last october, and was great!!,  Nice places, people, food!!! I had a room in Villa Maria Damigou in Firostefani with a Caldera view, wonder full!!!! And the sunset in IA was an experience!!!!

They are both beautiful islands. Santorini is more touristy while Skopelos is not as much. I've been to both islands some years back and they are both great. I don't think you could go wrong with either one. Good luck. :)

I've only been to santorini and other greek islands ,

thira really is out of this world !! and also santorini will be hotter later in the season

They cannot be compared.  Each one of them, like all islands in Greece are different,  each one having its own character and personality.  Skopelos is much quieter.  

You can get to Santorini from the ports of Piraeus or Rafina.  Or you can fly to Mykonos from Athens and take the boat from there.  

To get to Skopelos, take the bus from Athens to Agios Konstantinos or else to Volos, and take the boat from there.  

As for how long it takes, I'll leave that for someone else to answer.
