Which it best: cheap makeup or expensive makeup?

i don't know the difference between cheap makeup or expensive makeup, they do praticaally the same thing. Does the makeup last longer, what good quality about the makeup. i want to know why

i dunno why spend a fortune on expensive makeup when the cheap makeup does the same thing.

It depends on what type of makeup you are looking for. Cheap pencil eyeliners can really irritated your eyes when a more costly pencil eyeliner would not.
Cheap blush can cause your face to break out due to the ingredients where in a brand that might cost you more would not. It really comes down to what type of makeup you are asking your question about. Anything that goes near your eyes should if possible not be a cheaper brand.
