Which job is harder "community organizer" or school bus driver?

Community organizer who goes into a community and actually does what?

A school bus driver has the lives of students to make sure they are safely driven to school

Bus driver obviously.  He/she gets up early in the morning and works hard all day.  A community organizer launches protests against the school bus drivers.(I think!)

Seriously, bus driver is one tough job.  Have you seen how bad kids act on a bus?

I still don't what a "community organizer" does.  I'd really like to know.
