  1. Heath Ledger's performance was absolutely incredible.  Jack Nicholson's Joker was more of a joke (no pun intended).  Ledger's performance was creepy, maniacal, and intriguing.  At some points, it was even funny, and you weren't sure whether or not to laugh!  Also, he was very...how shall I say...attractive, in a dark and nasty kind of way.  His performance did overshadow Christian Bale's, but lets not forget his character.  The Batman character was very torn and conflicted.  His personality, in my opinion, was very interesting in this movie.  But yes, Ledger was extremely good in this movie, and it is a shame that he is gone.

Also, it's wrong to glorify Ledger's performance simply because he's dead.  (you didn't say this, I'm just making a point is all :])  If he were still alive, I would STILL consider his performance as the Joker to be absolutely astounding.  His character made you almost uncomfortable.  You would squirm in your seat, and it's THAT kind of acting that really gets people.  He was wonderful.  ;]

  2. Heath Ledger's! He was amazing, I loved how it was portrayed as such a creepy, dark character.

    RIP Heath <3

  3. Heath Ledger is/was the best. I thought the movie was going to be all hyped up just because he died, but I was very wrong. He was incredible. I agree that his performance overpowered Batman's.

  4. I prefer Ledgers performance hands down...what a sad loss...
