Which kind of Nikon?

Question

My other question was "Which camera?" I needed help deciding on a Nikon or a Canon, and I've decided on a Nikon. I was originally set on getting a D40, but I wanted to see other suggestions.

Once again, I would like a camera with great focus, clarity, color, etc. Suggestions???

I recommend the D40. It's a great inexpensive camera. You can't really "see" more than 6 MP, and it has the same lens limitations as the D40x and D60 (only AF-S or AF-I autofocus from Nikon...although quite a few lenses will mount, and work, you'll have to put the camera in Manual mode).
