  4. Did you hear about POSITRIM? A great product.All you have to do is make a shake and take it twice daily (instead of your meals) for first two weeks followed by a strict exercise regime and 6 kms walk. After two weeks reduce it to only one meal.

  6. don't take too heavy diets.take small small meals in every half hour.take lots of fluids,exercise regularly,nice sleep,and less of oily 7 fatty food adds to the glory of getting slim...

    2nd week - More Vegetables half backed Less Solid Food & Little exercise

    3 rd week -  More Vegetables and Sprouts less solid Food  Increase exercise

  8. Do not eat Sweets. Take Fluids. Only fresh fruit juices, plenty of salads, sprouts. Try Soya Milk also.

  9. Protein and fibrous food should be more. Exercise is a must. Avoid oily and starchy food.
