  1. most of the tudors

  2. I believe Elizabeth I.

Her mother was beheaded. Spent many years imprisoned in the Tower of London. Expanded English influence world wide.  Defeated Spain in war. Developed the world's best secret service under Walshingham. Expanded the British navy.  Stopped the catholics burning and hanging protestant  "heretics". Never married and let a man dilute her power or influence her decisions.

She had great style. For example:

After news came through that Sir Francis Drake arrived in Falmouth after robbing Spain of tons of silver at sea [from S. American mines.] she told the Spanish Embassador [she hated her ex brother in law Philip of Spain] that she personally would "behead the pirate Drake"  She sent for him and when he arrived at Deptford,  both the Spanish embassador and Elizabeth met Drake dockside.  She had Drake kneel before her and raised a sword, then instead of the promised beheading she knighted him.  Spain was absolutely livid and grossly insulted.

When the Spanish Armada, of some 200 ships, was in the English channel with the intent of picking up the Duke of Palma and his troops from France to invade England, she joined her troops personally saying to them.  "I know I have the body of a frail woman, but I have the heart of a King, and a King of England too!" and was prepared to lead them in battle.  However the Royal Navy and the Channel weather defeated the Armada.

She was a woman and a half in my opinion.

  3. Queen Elizabeth because she has lived a long and rich life
