Which kiss magazine issue had spells in it?

My sister collects kiss magazine and apparently in one issue there was spells in it...I wanna give them a try (=D) And I cant find it in any of them so I was just wondering which one it is

P.S dont say anythig like Decemver cos I dont have a clue which one that is maybe which celebrity is on the front of it ?
