Which kodak camera should i buy? the kodak z712 or the z1285? ?

im looking for a new camera, and i found the z1285, but found out it did not have a long shutter speed, which i want to use for light trails etc.

The z712 i think has a longer shutter speed, but almost half the megapixels.

and suggestions?

Take a look at the Canon line of cameras. They have a good range of shutter speeds.

The Canon A590 is 8mp, with a min shutter speed of 15sec.
