Which language do you think is the most prospective ? Esp. Chinese or Spanish.?

Question

I'm able to speak Japanese(mother tongue) and English(intermediate).

Well, I'm thiking what language should I learn next and

what I have in mind now is below:

Chinese

Spanish

German

French

Which one do you think is the best choice ?

I'm wondering Spanish might be best because it looks like easy to teach myself.

(But I can't find any situations where I have to use Spanish in my country, even on the Internet.

Websites written in Spanish also have its English version.)

Chinese is also appealing because China is a important neighbor of my country(Japan) and

there are many websites written only in Chinese.

But studying by myself must be difficult because of its pronunciation X(

Come on! The best choice depends on your location, your job, your likes, etc., etc.

You mention it yourself: Why study Spanish? The only reason you might have is because you like the language. But besides that, it seems you don't have a reason.

French of course !

Not only is it a beautiful language that one enjoy listening to, but also in terms of business and career It's like a "must"! Trust me It's the best choice, you'll never regret it.

It seems like in this case Chinese might be a bit more appropriate for you. As you are native in Japanese it shouldn't be as hard for you to learn Chinese characters, and there seems like there would be more opportunities for you if you learn it over Spanish. Spanish itself isn't a hard language, so if you would really like to you could pick it up someday.
