  1. Japanese are gifted linguists.  They pick up foreign languages quickly. Of the three Indo-European languages you list, Spanish would be the easiest to learn.  The reason for this: Spanish pronounciation follows spelling. It's eminently sensible.

Swedish, while a beautiful-sounding language, has tonal ranges that are difficult to learn

English is an eccentric language. Its spelling very often gives no clue at all to pronounciation. It is tough to learn.

  2. english or spanish.

    swedish is VERY confusing.

  3. For sure, Spanish would be the easiest.

  4. None at all for English?

    That's odd.

Well, if you really mean no exposure at all, I'd say Spanish would be the easiest to pick up because of the pronunciation. The tenses and conjugations may come as a struggle since there are so many, but that's hard for any learner. Of course LEARNING a language and sounding good in one are two different things. I can't say anything about Swedish though, I have no knowledge of it.
