  2. I've not really heard much Russian, though I have heard enough German to say that it certainly has impact.

    French can also have it's dramatic points though - this song on YouTube http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=UoSFF6dZh0... - "La Haine" from Roméo et Juliette, certainly makes it sound like a dramatic language.
