CHOICE 1 cause the ram does make a lot of difference and so does the processor. But the processor between them both is not much different.

So, keep that in mind ram and processor is the main areas.

i recommend comp #1, cos vista home premium is way better than basic, it has a dual core cpu which is alot better than a celeron plus the fact you get 2GB's of RAM. all that for an extra $40, #1 should be your pick.
