Which leather case should i get for my touch ?

i am stuck between the two ... i kind of like the one that flips over the top but i was wondering what everyone else thinks

i like the second one.

im getting a touch in november and ive been looking everywhere for the right case. and i really like the wallet style ones, (the one that opens on the side) because its easy to use when its straight up like normal, but when you look through your albums, when the touch is on the side, it would be much easier to use the second wallet style one rather then the flip style on the top, it would be a little annoying because its hanging there not being held down, when the wallet style one, is easier to move out of the way and even rest your hands on.
