Which major, generally, makes more money? Health Policy or International Relation Policy?

I'm earning my Ph.D in Economics and my M.A. in Policy, but I cannot decide which policy to take. Health or International Policy? Which can, generally, bring in more money with my Economics Ph.D?

If you are planning on working in the United States I would say health policy would be more lucrative. Health care companies will experience a lot of growth over the next few years as baby boomers age, IMHO, and many related companies (drug companies in particular) have a lot of money to spend on maintaining favorable policies.

I do not claim to be an expert on the subject, so I am simply sharing my opinion.
