Physiology and Neuroscience (Biology Dept.)
or
BioPhysics (Physics Dept.)
I'm majoring in the former, but I've heard that since everyone and their mom is a biologist, the demand for them has gone way down. Also, biolgists don't theorize and make predictions as well or as often as biophysicists. Biologists do more memorizing, where physicists do more thinking. Physics is a harder science...
On the other hand, a lot can be understood without going into a deep theoretical physics explanation... experiments can often show you the same result as you would reach by solving an equation.
Biology is an easier major, and I am entering my Jr. year having taken classes prepping me for biology - not physics. Oh and you can easily go from physics to bio... but bio to physics is much more difficult! My parents say do whatever I want, but my physics lab TA, my boyfriend (who is a physics grad student and high energy theory genious) and others are trying to convert me!
