Which make-up would suit me best? In a natural way?

I've got brown eyes, dark brown hair and pale skin with golden undertones. I'm 15 btw.

I'm going back to school at the end of this month and want a new more natural look. All last school year I just wore lots of eyeliner and mascara.

So does anybody have any idea what make-up would suit me best?

Also, can brown eyes get away with wearing no eyeliner? I've big eyes anyway, but can't tell if I can get away with no eyeliner as it looks odd anyway.
