Luckily I am in a business that is booming and just getting better. Won't tell you what that is though! HA!

I would say that depends. Any business (both realestate investing and company building are businesses to me) is a good business if you are good at it.

Buying real estate could be a smart move in 4-5y or more, as the prices ar plummeting, and you are able to directly innfluence how you do if you rent it out. You can also manage it next to an ordinary job.

Starting a business is also a good choice, as well as investing. There is no market that makes money for everyone, as there are no markets with great profits for noone.

It all depends on you...
