  1. A pipette is much more accurate than a burette. this is due to the diameter mentioned above but is also due to the pipette being made for that specific volume.

    make sure you read the bottom of the meniscus in the pipette and the point on the blue or red line on the burette when you look through it. Incorrect readings are probably going to give a bigger error than the pipette or the burette.

  3. burrete. It depends on the design. You can get micropippetes that are extremely accurate. You can get burretes of different volume capacities. A larger volume (bigger diameter one) would be less accurate. If the pipette is just a glass tube with a ball on it then the burrete.

    From website two:Burettes are extremely accurate: class A burettes are accurate to ±0.05 cm3. (.05 cm3= 0.05 ml)
