I personally Like Kylie Alexa more.  In my opinion it sounds more girly and prettier than Kylie Alexis.  It also sounds better in my opinion.  However, This is YOUR choice (and your husband's/boyfriend's choice).

i would go with KYLIE ALEXA SMITH--having a double "s" ending from the middle name/last name does not go well.  KYLIE ALEXA SMITH flows much smoother in my opinion. congrats by the way!!!

I like them both! I think I like Alexa better because it's more unique. I also love the name Kylie it was in the running for a girls name if I were having one. I'm pregnant with my 2nd boy. i love both, however i think by having the middle name ending with the same letter as the surname starts with could be a bit annoying when she says her name,

ie kylie alexiS Smith it will sound more like alexismith

if that makes sense... :S
