I like Jaelyn Nicole (though none of those options are bad). Because it's such a pretty and unusual first name, I think that the most simple, "clean" sounding middle name would compliment it most. Otherwise the middle name will draw attention away from Jaelyn rather than accentuate it's uniqueness.

Okay can I fist just say that I swear everyone that I know who is pregnant or who has just had a child has named them JAYDEN. This is a cute name but really I don't find it very masculine sounding. This is going to be another one of those epidemic names I can promise you that. Please Please Please don't name your son Jayden.

For the middle name for Jaelyn I would go with Rochelle. That goes well together. :)
