Which mobile shop in London gives Unlocked mobile phone and without topup required for Pay as you go scheme? ?

I am in U.K. I am in interested in Buying Sony K800i mobile phone but All the mobile shops over here in London gives mobile with 20 pounds topup compulsory by cash and even in Locked state.please help me in finding out this mobile??

Ask at one of your 'neutral' local retailers, for example Phones4u Carphone Warehouse etc, as they usually buy in unlocked handsets to sell with whatever SIM/Network the customer requires, it saves them loads of money as they don't need to keep several different networks worth of handsets in stock. If you use a providers shop then they will only buy in the locked handset for that network. Hope this helps a little. Be aware though that if you're paying cash a lot of retailers require you to purchase £20 credit, so pay by card if possible and if you're buying an unlocked handset use your exisiting SIM on which ever is the cheapest handset They will all work.
