Which model PS3s are still in production?

I want to know if the 2007 80GB is. Wikipedia says so, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ps3#Retail_configurations. But I'm not so sure.

The Model CECHE1 ( 80GB with PS2 b/c, 4 usb ports, etc) is  still in production. It comes bundled with MGS4. The CECHK1 is the 80GB model that will replace the existing 40GB late this month. It only has 2 USB ports no not b/c with PS2. Therefore, the 40GB is not being produced anymore but they are still in stores.The 160GB will be released maybe 6 months from now.

well the old 8-gb i don't know if they are still in production but i do know they have alot of them still out and the new 80gb is in production right now in stores

The 80 gb that comes with Metal Gear Solid 4 is still in production, but it seems like Sony might be stealing a play from Nintendo by releasing the 80 gb in limited supplies in order to drive up sales.  It's hard to find the MGS4 bundle.

The 80 gb that has no games included and not backward compatible with PS2 games is also still in production.
