Which model of sprinting spikes for 400 meters?

I'm a 400 meter runner and I don't know which model would be best for this event: Nike Maxcat II, Asics Japan Lite-Ning 2, or the Asics Turbo Phantom 2. Any ideas? Thanks homies!

  1. i am not a 400 runner, but i have great success with nike running spikes. Although i do not train in nikes, i feel they are the best comination of light weight and comfort for a racing spike.
