Which money market account is best?

I have looked for money market accounts on Bankrate but they don't list all of the information I'm looking or. I would like to know which money market account best satisfies the following criteria:

1.) Has one of the highest yields available

2.) Has a history of consistently having one of the highest yields.

3.) Is in a financially stable bank

4.) Has online Access & account set up or is an S.F. bank
