I am about to be a Senior in High School, but which month should I start applying for colleges?

  1. Look into the colleges you want to apply to and find out their deadlines. Remember to have safety (the ones you can get into for sure) and reach (yale, harvard you know, the ones that are harder 2 get into) schools. Good luck!


  2. it depends on where you want to go to school, usually big state schools apps don't require too much.

    But as a general rule as soon as you have the ACT or SAT Score that you want...and whenever the school's application it becomes available online or in paper version.

    seriously..the sooner the better.

    or else it gets pretty crazy when it gets to close to time.

    I would so def by October. (some applications are due in December)

    and this also applies to scholarships.  

  3. I am currently a senior right now, and I have started all of my college applications and almost completed each.  I will not submit them until I can do the last updates to it, but if nothing will change from now to the application deadline, you can submit them now assuming you have all the money for the application fees.

  4. The sooner the better.  Most colleges take higher consideration for people who apply early.
