Which motorcycle is better for a beginner?

i have two motorcycles in mind:

the Kawasaki Ninja 250R

or a Baja Vision 250

both are street legal, and both are low priced.

im only 16 turning 17 soon, and i weigh around 130 pounds, and have never driven a motorcycle before.. except a YZ80 dirtbike when i was younger.

so which one would be more "Preferred" for somebody who is new in biking?

the kawasaki ninja is around 3000, and the Baja is half that price.

Stay away from the Chinese c**p. Get the Ninja.
