  1. Its best to use a non-alcoholic mouthwash like Colgate pro-health or even act. I would suggest using act restoring mouth rinse just because if your really brushing you teeth that much you could be potentially  do more damage then good. With the act restoring mouth rinse there are things in the rinse  to help restore you enamel and dentin that you could be killing off. I would also strongly suggest that you bring brushing down to three times a day and just flossing after every time you eat. stimulating your gum's by flossing after meals is healthier then over brushing and rinse twice a day once in the morning and again right before bed. Trust me I'm a dental assistant this is the same advicei give to all the patient that come in and out of the office.

P.S. on a side note another thing you can do is buy Colgate nighttime mouthwash or act nighttime just because it really does work i have Colgate pro-health i use in the mornings then i use Colgate pro-health nighttime before i go to bed i don't wake up with morning breath any more and my mouth still feels as clean as it did when i went to bed.

  2. lol i hope u have nice teeth from all that

alcohol is good with me i think its supposed to be better and tastes better to

have fun brushing i suppose lol

  3. A non-alcohol is best long term.

    Why?

Because alcohol dries out (dehydrates) the oral fissures.

  4. Whoa Jade...your a babe...Anyway...the reality is that the difference between mouth washes is so little that it doesn't really make any difference which one you use...except that I would choose one that has fluoride in it.Good luck and I wish you well.

  5. I hope you don't brush your teeth 6 times a day...you'll wear all the enamel off and your teeth will be permanently gray!

  6. Listerine apparently rots your teeth. That's what good dentists in Europe have said. Oral B is very good and safe and the Colgate ones (they also give you a zingy fresh feeling, but not as much as Listerine). Get one with fluoride this will strengthen you teeth.

I think 2 times a day is enough... you can actually damage your teeth by doing it more.
