Benoit's crossface is deadlier than the STFU by a mile. Your arm is trapped making it more difficult to escape and pressure is applied to your entire body, especially your nose. Properly applied I think it could even break your nose or cause some degree of nosebleed. John Cena makes the STFU look totally fake.
