  1. weights dont stun your growth unless severly stressing your muscles, dont worry bout it

ball as is baseball? pretty much every muscle is crucial

  2. your back is also very important

  3. mainly your upper and lower part of ur arms

  4. ....abs, pecs, shoulders, legs, biceps, tricepts, lots of em.

so, do sit ups, pushups, bench press, incline press, decline press, run alot (wich will also help with your running the bases) and do tricept extensions.

and you are fine to lift weights. i started at 10 and am now 6'0, 235lbs....didnt stunt my growth any.

  5. everyone always thinks that it is your arms. you need strong arm muscles to be a good golfer. that is not correct. when you swing you use your hips. turning your hips is more powerful than your arms are. the muscle that should be the strongest and is the most important for golf are your abs, and your core muscles.

  6. The key to increased distance is increasing your club head speed.  The best way to do that is to work on becoming more flexibe and strength train with weights on every muscle group. But to focus on something first worry about strengthening your core (abs, back, pecks and hips).  Work from the center out. Your core muscles will generate more clubhead speed then just big arms.

  7. I'd say train the biceps and triceps for the hitting and train the core for stability just like in most sports
