Which mystery shopping organizations are on the level and which ones should I avoid?

I am only interested in being paid for my services. I do not want to join a secret club, or receive discount coupons for cruises, vacations, or timeshares I will not take. I could care less if I have a star that is bronze, silver or platinum. Know what I mean? I just want to walk in, do my thing, report it, get paid. Same with surveys online or off. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia so i don't do well on my feet for over half an hour.
