  1. Alyson or Allison is nice

  2. Alice ............

its old one but cute one

  3. Alice!

  4. Alison! Alice is an old lady's name.

  5. Alison. I think it sounds pretty and like the nicknames Ali. When I hear the name Alice, I automatically think of 65+yr woman.

  6. My name is Allyson and I LOVE it! I am 23 so when I was younger it wasn't HUGELY popular. I go by ALLY and ALLYSON. I LOVE both! I don't really like Alice.

  7. I'm voting Alice.  It's pretty and old-fashioned and not as common as Alison.

  8. Alice, beautiful and traditional. Love that it's uncommon but people still know it. Nice name, way better than Alison.

  9. Alison. I love that name.

Ali or Alli or Ally are cute spellings for a nickname too.

  10. Alice is prettier then Alison point blank

  11. Alison

  12. allison. alice sort of makes u think of alice in wonderland.

  13. Alison, that's such a pretty name

  14. Alison is 100x better

  15. Alice. It's much classier and more unusual now. Alison is easily mispelled (Allison, Allyson, etc) and is technically a dimunitive of Alice, so it's a more modern name. It was very popular for awhile there, where Alice is less common, it's been out of the picture for a bit, so it seems more fresh and sweet now than Alison.

  16. Alice is really cute, and Alison is way too popular right now

  17. I like Alison a lot better. I think that Alice could be a great nickname though!

But to me, Alison just has a better "ring" to it.

    Hope I helped! :-)

  18. i like them both, but i'd say it depends on the kind of person. it seems more aristocratic if you like that kind of stuff. alison seems more of an outgoing name.

  19. Alison.  Alice reminds me of an old woman I knew when I was little :)

  20. Alice, by a mile. I love it. It's pretty and simple.

Allison ends with -Son, and that bugs me.

  21. I have always loved the name Alison, but because it is so popular now, Alice is refreshing.

  22. What about Alicia? Well I like Alice better than Alison for sure!

  23. Alison as the full name, Alice, Ally, Al, Lis, or Lissa as the nicknames :)

  24. My daughter is named Allison.  I love that name.  She goes by Ally, but I just love her name!  That's my vote!

  25. Well I am kind of biased since my name is Alison (spelled exactly the same!), but I like it better than Alice, because

    1) There are more nickames to toy with. (Ali, etc.)

    2) Alison can be spelled many different ways. And Alison is more rare than Alyson, or Allison.

    3) Alice is a more old-fashioned name...but still beautiful!
