Amanda Elizabeth or Kristen Elizabeth:

I would choose Kristen. It's less trendy and not prone to bad nicknames (like "A man, duh!"). Plus, it flows better with Elizabeth.

Holly Marie or Olivia Taylor:

Definitely Holly Marie! Olivia is super trendy and a little too elaborate for my taste. I prefer understated elegance. Holly is darling and it could fit a variety of personalities. Plus, Olivia Tyler is a famous actress and it kind of sounds like you're trying to copy her with Olivia Taylor. Just sayin'! ;)

Danielle Paris or Taylor Marie:

Taylor Marie for sure. It's got a nicer sound than Danielle -- Danielle is alright, but it seems like the parent is trying too hard to feminize Daniel (jmho). Plus, Paris is kind of a silly middle name. The place name trend is definitely on the out swing. I love Taylor Marie!

Morgan Ashley or Lyra Joy:

Ooooh, these two are my favorite, I really like both. I think I prefer Morgan -- it's more familiar than Lyra. But Lyra is more feminine and much less common. Plus, Lyra Joy flows nicer than Morgan Ashley. It just depends on whether you prefer unisex or girly. But I like both names, you can't go wrong.

Addison Kaye or Anna Layne:

Anna Layne by a landslide! Addison is overused and it doesn't have a very good meaning (son of Adam -- do you really want to really want her name to mean "son"?). Anna is beautiful and classic, plus Layne is a darling middle name. Avoid Addison! It's too popular and way overrated.

Kristen Elizabeth-- I can't say why... I'm not a huge fan of either of these names... They are a little eighties...

Olivia Taylor-- These are both cute, but Olivia Taylor flows better

Taylor Marie-- I just don't love the name Danielle

Morgan Ashley-- People will mispronounce Lyra, and that will drive your daughter crazy.

Addison Kaye--Both of these names are cute, but Addison is such a great name to go through her whole life...

I like them all EXCEPT Amanda, Olivia, and Addison.  I don't know why.

I like Lyra a lot.  It's unique and magical sounding.  Also, it reminds me of lyric, which is a pretty word and makes me think of a poem.

Holly Marie, but if I could flip flop I prefer Olivia Marie I think Taylor more of a boy name.

I also am not a fan of Danielle Paris.  Danielle is a common name, and Paris doesn't have a good reputation thanks to Miss Hilton.

I don't like Addison either.  I would probably hate it if my name was Addison ><

My choice would for sure be Lyra Joy!

Lyra is a unique, adventurous, and bold name.  And Joy is also a nice pick because life should be joyful and blissful.  Adventurous, joyful and blissful!  

The rest of the names are kind of boring in comparison to Lyra =P

Morgan is a really pretty name, but Morgan Ashley is a mouthful.  

My sister's name is Samantha Morgan

But I still like Lyra Joy best out of your choices!

I like Amanda Elizabeth, a nice semi-traditional name. But it really does depend on the surname.

Try sounding them out in every which way possible

first and last names

first middle and last names

middle and last names

shorted first and last.

shortened first and shortened middle

make sure there is nothing that sounds weird.

cause Amanda Elizabeth may in time become Mandy Beth and if that sounds weird with your last name, count it out. Give the kid the best chance.

Cause true story I know a guy called Randall Johnson, his parents never thought about him being called Randy Johnson and he got laughed at a lot.

Amanda Elizabeth or Kristen Elizabeth - They're both a little too common/ordinary. I guess I'd go with Kristen though. Kristiana is prettier. (kristy-ah-na)

Holly Marie or Olivia Taylor - Olivia Taylor. I just really don't like the name Holly.

Danielle Paris or Taylor Marie - Hm. Taylor, I guess. Paris reminds me too much of Paris Hilton. Daniella's nice and is more unique than Danielle.

Morgan Ashley or Lyra Joy - I love Morgan! Not with Ashley though. Lyra would be pretty if it were pronounced "lie-ra."

Addison Kaye or Anna Layne - Both are very nice. I don't like Kaye though. Anastasia (Anna) is stunning, but I really like Addison, so I'm going to go with that name.
