  7. They're both so cute! Emily is a classically beautiful name. A name for a woman who is sweet, yet strong and intelligent.

    When I hear the name Anne, I have a harder time seeing a little girl. I would want to call her Annie. Reminds me of one of my favorite movies: Father of the Bride. Hearing her dad call her 'my Annie'....so touching. You really can't go wrong either way :)

    just a side note but anka is a pretty name and i think it is anne in Checkoslovokia ... might want to check that out but i think thats what this lady i work with told me because her name is anka.

    The name is timeless, and classic.

    It's pretty for a baby, a little girl, a teenager, and an adult.

    Anne is pretty too, but I only like it with a nice middle name pronounced together.
