I love the name Dominic, but I always think of the nickname as Dom and it makes me think of Dumb or Dummy. I'd be afraid that's what he'd be called in school.  Other than that, I'd use it in a heartbeat.  (Maybe I'm being paranoid.)  Daniel is a nice name. too.

Well I have 4 sons and 10 weeks pregnant with # 5 and my oldest sons' name is Daniel and if this one is a boy his name will be Dominick.  Don't really care for Eli but I love your other choices.  :-)

Daniel- it's so common and overused but still a timeless beautiful name. I love it no matter how common it is.

I choose Dominick. I think it's a great name, and I don't hear it used often. Daniel is very popular, and Eli/Elijah seem to have gained a lot of ground in the past couple of years. All three are good names, but I like Dominick the best.

Dominick, with Daniel a close second.  Not keen on Eli.

Daniel is #5 in the US right now.  But of the 200 or so young children I know, (ages 4 and below) there isn't a single Daniel.

Dominic(k) is #85, and Eli is #130.
