They are both beautiful, I think Camilla is really classy and sophisticated. Cammie and Millie are cute nicknames, it isn't too overused or boring either.

Liliana Elise is pretty, but it doesn't flow particularly well because of the repeated 'Li' sound.

Liliana Elise. It is simply beautiful. It sounds lovely and flows perfectly. I would go for it. Camilla Elodie is beautiful too, but I really love Liliana (we almost named our daughter Lillianna but went with Isabelle instead)

Given that your name is French, I would think that keeping up the tradition might be good.  

Camille is a beautiful name, but Camilla brings to my mind "that woman" who ended up with Prince Charles.  Need I say more?  But I love camellias in the garden.

Liliane, of course, means "lily."  It is a French-Swiss name.  My research shows in the form "Liliana," it is used in English, Italian, and Polish-speaking countries.  Personally, every Liliana I have ever known (3) was Jewish.

Elise is wonderful, too. It is a French derivation of Elizabeth, and the research shows it means "dedicated to God."

Elodie, a Greek name that means "marshy white blossom," is more arcane, and while it is pretty, I wonder if she would always have to be explaining why she has a Greek name.  Are you Greek?

I LOVE the first name Liliana! However, I think Elodie is absolutely adorable for a middle name. So, my vote is for Liliana Elodie :-)
