Neither those are boy names without a doubt.  I would maybe go with something more unisex or feminine and use one of those as a middle name.  

If I had to choose one of those, it would be Ryanne

IF you want to name your girl a boys name, why not something like Emerson, that is a boys name, but not common at all

Ryan and Dylan (just these spelling) are top 30 boys names, why would you want to name your girl that common of a boy name

Can you spell it differently though...to look more female-friendly?  I've known too many little boy Dylan's in my life and that's how each and every one of them spelled their name!

Ryanne is better because if she prefers it a traditional way then it would sound like Ryan but if she would like it a more feminine way then it sounds like (Ry anne) with an anne at the end. Dylan is not even a boys name I like.
