There's a coffee shop right across from my office building named Steamers Coffee.  I like Steamer Joes.

steaming joes sounds nice.  Just make sure you put a sign out that says something about coffee.  You never know who might say "steaming joes? i wonder what they sell there?"  good luck if your starting a coffee house.
